If you're not delighted with your Magiqoo story, we'll make it right. Reach out within 14 days of your purchase and we'll either rewrite the story for free or refund your money in full.
How to request a refund
Email support@magiqoo.com from the address you used to place the order. Include your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We don't ask for receipts or jump through hoops.
How long refunds take
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Card networks may take an additional 5–10 days to reflect the credit on your statement.
What's covered
All Magiqoo plans (single story, 3-pack, and family bundle) are covered. Credits used to generate a story can be refunded only if the story has not yet been delivered.
